Onward to Kerrville, TX

We liked our small RV site at Fort Bliss outside of El Paso, TX. I had concrete sites which were level, full hookups with 50 amp service. It was a good value for $14.
We drove all the way from El Paso to Kerrville TX without incident. We passed through some beautiful Texas Hill country along I-10 and stopped a couple of times along the way.
The sometimes-cloudy skies had very little rain so our makeshift wiper blade repair went untested. We were glad for that.We arrived about 5:30 and pulled into our site. After we got set up and situated, we joined the RV-Dreams group across the street at Howard and Linda's rig.

We are here for the RV-Dreams rally that gets underway on Wednesday. Howard's web site was one of the most informational places I found on the internet to answer our many questions as prepared to RV Full Time. It was great to finally meet them in person. More rally news from the Buckhorn Lake Resort in the next edition of the Roadrunner Chronicles. Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Glad to hear that you made it to Kerrville all in tact. Buckhorn is one of our favorite parks, even though they are a little $$.

Enjoy the rally, that is a great bunch of folks. Looking forward to the next time we get to catch up with you both.

We are hanging out in Albuquerque hoping to get a glimpse of the balloons.
