We spent the month in Texas. We volunteered in Galveston with NOMADs and attended the Escapees RV Boot Camp in Livingston. We also spent some time at the Army Corps of Engineers Campground at Benbrook Lake, near Fort Worth where we stayed for Thanksgiving.
Good News Areas We Are Under Budget
We were a whooping $1025 under what we planned. Somehow, I know this is not going to hold up. Over $600 was in diesel costs. We only traveled from Galveston to Livingston and on to Ft Worth. Another big savings was in campgrounds. A lot of the month at Galveston was at no cost.
Biggest Expenses
We were a little over on groceries, but I wasn't too unhappy with the number.
Large One Time Cost Items
There were no one time costs this month.
Monthly Average
Our monthly average is pretty close to the budget, so that is good.
