Even through the windshield the beauty shows.
Our next stop was at Bridal Veil
Below, we could see the Columbia River, I-84 and the Union Pacific Railroad
We continued on up the road past another water falls
And then we made it up to Crown Point
Inside it looked like it was all marble
From Crown Point we could see a long way
Thanks for joining us on the Roadrunner Chronicles! And thanks for the comments!!
Your trip is rekindling memories of our trip to The Gorge back in 2003. It is amazingly beautiful!! I remember we were there during sweet cherry season and I believe that's all I ate for the entire week;o)) Somewhere along The Gorge, we came upon a very famous Wind Surfer spot where hundreds of surfers were enjoying the strong winds!!!
ReplyDeleteSafe Travels and Happy Trails...
The famous windsurfer spot is Hood River, Oregon.
